4 held over fraudulence in DU ‘Kha’ unit tests

A student of the Dhaka University (DU) was suspended following plagiarism during the university’s “Kha” unit admission tests.

Shahjahan Ali, a student of International Relations (IR), was detained while he was giving proxy at an examination hall on the campus, DU Proctor Amjad Ali said.

Three other people were also detained for their alleged involvement in fraudulence activities centering the DU entry examinations.

The four later were handed over to police. The authorities will file a case in this connection, the proctor added.
