Police constable killed in Bogra road crash

A police constable was killed as a truck hit his motorbike in front of Sajahanpur upazila parishad of Bogra on Saturday morning.

The victim is Belal Hossain, 40, a constable of Sherpur police station.

The accident occurred on the Dhaka-Bogra highway of the area at about 8:30am when a truck hit the bike from opposite direction, leaving the bike rider Belal dead on the spot, said Sherpur police station officer-in-charge Bulbul Islam.
