Khulna schoolboy stabbed to death

A class VII student of Khulna Public College was stabbed to death over an altercation during the college’s 31st founding anniversary in Khalishpur area of Khulna on Saturday night.

The deceased is Fahmid Tanvir Razin, 12.

Tanvir was stabbed following an altercation during the college programme, said Khalishpur police station officer-in-charge (OC) M Mosharraf Hossain. 

He was rushed to Khulna Medical College Hospital where the physicians declared him dead, OC added.

The body has been kept in the hospital's morgue.
