Sheikh Hasina erases country's stigma: Tofail

Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed today said daughter of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is making the country free from stigma completing trials of war criminals.

"BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia stigmatized the country by allowing the war criminals to use national flag during the tenure of her government," he said. 

The commerce minister passed the remarks while exchanging views with the leaders and workers of Sadar Upazila Awami League(AL)at his residence. 

Upazila AL President and Upazila Chairman Mosharraf Hossain presided over the view exchange meeting. 

Tofail said the country is moving forward under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. 

He said the construction work of Bhola-Barisal Bridge would begin soon.
