PM Hasina opens BCL’s council

The 29th national council of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) begins at Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital today.
Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina is scheduled to inaugurate the two-day event at 3:00 pm.
Names of Bangladesh Chhatra League committee’s president and secretary are likely to be declared on Saturday.
Apart from that, names of top leaders of Dhaka University unit, Dhaka South unit and Dhaka North unit BCL committees may also be announced.
Although, the councils of these three units were already held in April, they are yet to get top leaders.
