Minor girl drown in Brahmanbaria

A minor girl drowned in a pond at Karuatoli village in Akhaura upazila on Tuesday morning.

The deceased was identified as Zhinuk alias Sharabanti, 4, daughter of Shapon Rishi of the village.

Locals said the girl went missing in the morning and found floating in a pond nearby their house.

Later, they rescued her and took to the upazila health complex where the duty doctor declared her dead.
