EC not responsible for low voter turnout: CEC Nurul Huda

The Election Commission (EC) is not responsible for the low voter turnout in Dhaka North city corporation elections, Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda said today.

“The EC is not responsible. The responsibility goes to the candidates and political parties,” he told reporters after casting his vote at IES School and College, UttaraReturning Officer of the centre, Abul Kashem was also present during that time.
