2 to die for killing housewife in Mymensingh

A court here on Thursday sentenced two people to death and two others to life time imprisonment for killing a housewife over land dispute at Ishwarganj Upazila in 2003.
Among the convicts- Md Abul Kashem, 60, and Md Helim, 50, were sentenced to death and Khokon Mia, 52, and Abdul Aziz Mia, 55, were awarded life time imprisonment.
Mymensingh District and Sessions Court Judge Md Ehsanul Haque passed the order.
According to the case statement, on November 3, 2003, the convicts hacked the victim to death relating to previous enmity over a piece of land.
