Alif Apparels' RMG workers go on protest, block road

RMG workers of Alif Apparels in Shyamoli area started their demonstration for the second consecutive day demanding payment of salary arrears, other allowances and opening up the factory.

Hundreds of RMG workers blocked a portion of the Mirpur Road near Shyamoli resulting in halt of vehicular movement on the road.

They said that they will continue their demonstration until their demands are met.
Earlier, they took to street on for the same demands yesterday.
