War crimes: evidence against three AL men

The International Crimes Tribunal's investigation department has found evidence against three people from the Awami League for their alleged involvement in crimes committed during the country's Liberation War.

During a press conference in Dhanmondi in Dhaka on Sunday, the investigation agency came up with the disclosure.

Of the trio, two were arrested on October 22--Md Abdur Rashid Miah, 66, son of Hamid Mia of Jhenidah Sadar and Md Saheb Ali Malitha, 68, son of Jhenidah Sadar's Omed Ali Malitha.
However, as he is fugitive, the investigators did not mention another accused's name.
