DNCC polling officers receive EVM training for city polls

Polling officials of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) are receiving training for operating Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) ahead of the city corporation mayoral elections for the second consecutive day.
A total of 30,000 presiding officer, assistant presiding officer and polling officers of DNCC are receiving the training that started on Saturday.
DNCC Returning officer Md Abul Qashem told BSS correspondent that the training is being held in the city’s Uttara High School and College (ward no.1, 17, 18, reserved ward no. 1), Banani Bidya Niketan School and College (ward no. 37,41, 42, reserved ward no. 14) and Tejgaon Government High School (ward no. 26, 27, 28, reserved ward no. 10).
