7 more die of coronavirus, 497 new cases confirmed

Seven more people died from coronavirus in Bangladesh, bringing the death toll in the country to 152 in the last 24 hours till Monday.
In addition, during the time 497 more people tested positive for coronavirus, bringing the number of such cases in the country to 5,913.
Additional Director-General (Admin) of the Directorate-General for Health Services (DGHS) Prof Nasima Sultana announced the latest death and infection figures in a regular online newsletter on coronavirus in Dhaka Monday afternoon.
"We have performed tests on 3,812 samples obtained from around the country in the last 24 hours and 497 more patients were diagnosed with coronavirus infection.
