Record 1,034 infected in last 24 hours, 11 dead

In the last 24 hours until Monday noon Bangladesh confirmed 11 more deaths from the novel coronavirus, bringing the body count to 239.
However, the highest single-day cases from coronavirus infection were reported in Bangladesh as 1034 more people tested positive in the last 24 hours.
The number of confirmed cases totalled increased to 15,691 with the latest figure.
Prof. Dr. Nasima Sultana, Additional Director General of the Health Services Directorate (DGHS), revealed the details in the daily online health newsletter held on Monday afternoon at the Management Information System (MIS).
