Dr Zafrullah’s condition worsens slightly

Gonoshasthaya Kendra founder Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury has slightly worsened the condition of coronavirus infected, UNB reports.

"The physical condition of Dr Zafrullah Chowdhury has deteriorated a little bit. Dr Chowdhury sought blessings from you all,' according to an update of his condition posted on Gonoshasthaya Kendra's verified Facebook page on Friday at 10:40.

It also said that under the supervision of Brigadier Dr. Mamun Mustafiz and Prof. Dr. Najib, Zafrullah was receiving treatment at Gonoshasthaya Nagar Hospital in the Dhanmondi area of the city as he developed breathing complications Thursday evening.

"We believe the rest of his dreams to create a beautiful Bangladesh will be recovered and materialized by Dr. Zafrullah Chowdhury," said Gonoshasthaya Kendra.

Gonoshasthaya Kendra said in another post at 7:30 am that his condition was not well.

He suffered Thursday evening from breathing complications. "Your blessings are a must."

Gonoshasthaya Kendra official Farhad Hossain said on Thursday night Zafrullah 's condition deteriorated as he unexpectedly suffered from shortness of breath.
