Bangladesh confirms 45 more deaths, 3,243 new corona cases

The health officials on Friday announced the detection of 3,243 new patients in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases to 1, 05,535 in Bangladesh.
Besides, 45 more people died of COVID-19, taking the death toll in the country to 1,388.
Additional Director General of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Prof Dr Nasima Sultana came up with the disclosure at a daily online briefing.
Across the country 2,781 more patients made recovery, she said adding that so far 42,945 people have recovered from the disease.
