Ensure free Covid-19 vaccine for poor: GM Quader

The chairman of the Jatiya Party, GM Quader, urged the government on Monday to distribute the Covid-19 vaccine to the poor whenever it is available.

Quader, who is also the Deputy Leader of the Opposition in Parliament, made the call while addressing a program organized by the Dhaka City (North) Party Unit to allocate financial assistants to its ill and weak activists at the Party Chair in Dhaka Banani area on Monday.

Mentioning that they have confidence in Prime Minister Sheik Hasina 's promise of the vaccine, he said that the vaccine should not only be for rich citizens.

He also urged the authorities to ensure treatment of coronavirus in all government hospitals.
