12-year-old boy kills minor in Pabna

A 2-year-old minor girl was killed on Thursday night by a 12-year-old boy at Bahadurpur Schoolpara village in Mathurapur union under Pabna's Chatmohar Upazila.

The deceased was identified as Khadija Khatun, Bablu Hossain's daughter, who was from the city.

Following the incident, police arrested Ahsan Habib, son of Suruj Hossain, in connection with this.

Khadija's mother gave TK 10 to Ahsan Habib to purchase food in the afternoon, according to the locals. Later, Habib took Khadija and went to a local store to buy food. But, they didn't come back home.

After seeing the body of the child lying in an under-built house near their house at around 7.45 pm, the locals told the police station.
