Freedom fighter certificates of 52 persons including Bangabandhu killer cancelled

Freedom fighter certificates for 52 people, including the killer Risaldar (suspended) Moslehuddin Khan of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, have been canceled.

A notice of cancellation of their certificates was issued by the Gazette on January 5.

Earlier, as per the suggestion of the 70th meeting of the National Freedom Fighters Council, the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs issued a gazette notification (Jamuka).

In June last year, the government revoked the forged certificates of the country's 1,181 freedom fighters.
