Bloody corpse of a doctor at home in Kalabagan, stomach-throat injuries

Police have recovered the bloody body of Kazi Sabira Rahman Lipi, 47, a doctor at Green Life Hospital, from Kalabagan area of ​​the capital. Police suspect the doctor was killed. He was a physician in the radiology department at Green Life Hospital. His body was recovered from his home in Kalabagan at noon on Monday (May 31).

According to the police, the body of the female doctor was recovered from her house at 50/1 Fast Lane around noon on Monday. 

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police Shahenshah Mahmud said that two more room sublets have been provided in the house where the doctor lives. The doctor has signs of injuries on his stomach and neck. Three people are being taken to the police station for questioning.

Police said that the owner of the building and the tenants including the flat informed the police and the police reached the spot. The cause of death will be known after autopsy.

CID's crime scene unit and metropolitan detective police reached the house. They are collecting evidence from the spot, said Azimul Haque, deputy commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Ramna Division.

A relative of the deceased said Dr. Kazi Sabira Rahman Lipi lived alone in this flat. He has one son (21) and one daughter (10). They live at their grandmother's house on Green Road. Her husband Shamsur Azad works in a private bank and lives in Shantinagar.
