Dhaka city sees heavy traffic

Dhaka city dwellers experienced heavy traffic around midday and long tailback of vehicles.

Our reporters on the field reported heavy traffic through Mirpur Road, Kakrail, Motijheel, and the entire stretch through Shahbagh from Mohakhali.

Facebook group Traffic Alert saw several posts about people complaining over the traffic situation in Mohakhali, with many saying they were stuck there for an hour.
