11-point demand: Cricketers to brief media at 6:00am

Bangladesh national cricketers, who went on indefinite strike on Monday, will address a press conference this evening to brief media about their demands and latest development of their programme at a hotel in Gulshan of the capital.

The media briefing is scheduled to start at around 6:00pm, a source said.

Earlier, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) called the players for a bilateral meeting at any place in a bid to resolve the problems in the wake of the cricketers’ 11-point demands.

Nizamuddin Chowdhury, the CEO of the BCB said, the board is ready to sit with the players at any place in this regard.
