During his 62-run knock, Anamul Haque is seen riding through the off-side. The 42-ball innings of the right-hander had eight sweetly-timed boundaries and hit a six.

Moreover, his 85-run opening partnership with Tamim Iqbal (31 out of 28 balls) helped Dhaka Platoon post a commendable 182 total for four in yesterday's second BBPL fixture against Sylhet Thunder at Mirpur's Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.

Jaker Ali (20 out of 12 balls) from Platoon and Thisara Perera (22 out of 11 balls not out) made a late surge to set Sylhet Thunder's challenging target.

Sylhet, in reply, was nowhere near winning their first game in three games, finishing the 20-over quota of 158 to 7 with a 24-run loss amid Captain Mosaddek Hossain's unbeaten 60.
