27 dead after bus falls off bridge into river in India

At least 27 people have died and many injured after a bus skidded off a bridge and fell into a river near Dubi in Rajasthan this morning.
"27 people have died and five injured after a bus fell into Banas river in Rajasthan's Swai Madhopur district," a senior police officer told Press Trust of India.
The bus was ferrying passengers from Lal Soth to Sawai Madhopur, about 65 km away, when it reportedly lost balance due to sudden burst of front tyre and fell off the bridge into the river.
Police have reached the spot to carry out rescue operations. Injured were rushed to Sawai Madhopur hospital.
