Arvind Kejriwal takes oath as Delhi Chief Minister today

Delhi's chief minister, Arvind Kejriwal, will take oath today at the historic Ramlila Maidan.
Officials said Delhi Police and paramilitary forces, including the CRPF, had deployed 2,000 to 3,000 security personnel for the ceremony.
Big banners with messages like "Dhanyawad Dilli (thank you Delhi)" and the image of the leader of the Aam Aadmi Party were put up on Saturday in and around the venue in front of the mega function "open to the public."
Traffic regulations are in place in the city, they said, from 8 am to 2 pm.
