As part of the ongoing dialogue with registered political parties, the Election Commission sat in talks with ruling Awami League to seek its opinion over the commission’s preparation for the next general election likely to be held in December 2018.

A 21-member AL delegation will join the dialogue which started at about 11:00am with Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda in the chair, said Director (PR) at the EC Secretariat SM Asaduzzaman.
