Man killed in Ctg road crash

A former student of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (Cuet) was killed in a road accident at New Monsurabad under Pahartoli thana in the city on Friday night.
Police said Farhan Momen, 27, student of Mechanical Engineering department of Cuet’s 42nd batch and son of Mahbubur Rahman of Laxmipur was critically injured when a bus hit him while crossing the road in the area around 10:30pm.
He was taken to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) where doctors declared him dead, said Nayek Amir Hossain of the CMCH Police Outpost.
