Nilphamari road crash leaves one dead

A human hauler driver was killed as a truck hit his vehicle on Domar-Dimla road at Tinbat village in Dimla Upazila on Saturday morning.
The deceased was identified as Abul Kashem,55, of the village.
Officer-in-charge of Dimla Police Station Moazzem Hossain said a goods-laden truck hit the human hauler around 8.30 am, leaving Kashem dead on the spot. A passenger of the human hauler was also injured.
The truck driver fled the scene.
