Steps taken to prevent question paper leakage: Nahid

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid on Monday said all kinds of measures have been taken so that no question paper is leaked during the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations.

He came up with the remarks while talking to reporters after visiting the HSC examination centre at Siddheswari Girls’ College 

Nahid urged all to remain alert against those who want to destroy the future generation leaking out question papers and sought cooperation from all, including students, teachers and guardians, to prevent the leakage of question papers.

Secondary and Higher Education Division Secretary M Sohrab Hossain, Additional Secretary Chowdhury Mufad Ahmed, Director General of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education Prof Md Mahbubur Rahman and Dhaka Educational Board Chairman Md Ziaul Haque were present.

The HSC and its equivalent examinations began across the country on Monday with 1,311,457 students registering for the public examinations being held in 2,541 centres.
