3 bank officials among 10 held for fraudulence in recruitment, admission exams

Detectives yesterday detained 10 people from different areas in Dhaka for their alleged involvement in leaking question papers of various examinations.

Detective Branch of police detained the leader of the gang and nine others for their suspected links to question paper leak of different government recruitment exams and public university admission tests, said Additional Deputy Commissioner Golam Saklain of DB.

Efforts are on to also arrest an official of Bangladesh Bank for his alleged involvement with the issue, according to a message sent to the media by DB.

A briefing will be held in this regard later in the day.
