Advance bus ticket sales for Eid-ul-Azha begin Tuesday

Private bus operators will start selling advance tickets from Tuesday morning (tomorrow) for the home-goers ahead of the Eid-ul-Azha, which is expected to be celebrated on August 22.
The decision was taken at a meeting of top officials of Bangladesh Bus-Truck Owners' Association, its chairman Faruk Talukdar Sohel told journalists on Monday. .
The sale of tickets was scheduled to begin from August 5 but the sales were stopped amid countrywide student protests for safe roads.
