1 killed, 6 hurt in fire from gas cylinder blast in Dhaka

A minor boy was burnt to death and six others sustained burn injuries after a fire that originated from a gas cylinder leak ripped through a two-storey building in Dhalpur area of Dhaka’s Jatrabari this morning.

The deceased was identified as Taoshin, said police.

Confirming the incident, Officer-In-Charge of Jatrabari Police Station Kazi Wazed Ali told the Bangla daily that a police team has gone to the spot after being informed.
