2 truck drivers killed in Gazipur road crash

Two truck drivers were killed as a truck rammed a stationary one in Boardghor area of Kaliakoir upazila early Saturday.
The deceased were identified as Mizan, 28, son of Dulal Miah, hailing from Rangpur district and Delwar Hossain, 23, son of Kebor Uddin, hailing from Tangail district.
Police said that the accident took place when the Tangail-bound cement-laden truck hit the sand-laden stationary truck, leaving driver Mizan dead on the spot and Delwar critically injured.
The injured was taken to Mirzapur Kumudini Hospital where doctors declared him dead.
