6 workers die inside septic tank in Joypurhat

At least six workers were killed and three others injured while cleaning a septic tank of a house at Akkelpur upazila in Joypurhat on Wednesday morning.
The incident took place at a house in Hindupara of Jafarpur in the upazila at around 10:00am.
The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Kiron Kumar Ray, officer-in-charge (OC) of Akkelpur Police Station, confirmed the matter.
