8 killed as picnic bus hits roadside tree in Feni

At least eight people were killed and 20 others injured, when a Cox's Bazar-bound picnic bus overturned after hitting a roadside tree on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway at Sadar upazila of Feni early Thursday.
The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
Locals said the accident took place at Lemua union of the sadar upazila at 7:00am when the Cox’s Bazar-bound picnic bus hit a roadside tree after the driver lost control over its steering.
The injured were taken to Feni Modern Sadar Hospital.
In-charge of Feni Mohipal Highway police outpost Md Shahjahan confirmed the news.
