Marking this event, an inaugural ceremony will be arranged at the BTV auditorium at Rampura in the city at 3:00pm on Monday. The state-owned television channel, BTV, will telecast the programme live.

According to media report, BTV will be broadcast on India's state-of-the-art television Doordarshan’s DTH platform-DD Free Dish.
