Two motorbike riders killed in Tangail road accident

Two motorbike riders were killed as a truck hit their bike at Deuhata on the Dhaka-Tangail highway under Mirzapur upazila of the district this morning.
Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Khalilur Rahman,Officer-in-charge of Gorai Highway Thana, said the accident occurred when a truck hit the motorbike from behind in the area at about 9 am, leaving the duo riders critically injured.
They were rushed to Mirzapur Kumudini Medical College Hospital where on duty doctors declared them dead.
