4 killed in Chittagong road mishap

Four persons were killed and at least seven others injured in a road accident in Herbang Union under Chakaria upazila of the district on Saturday morning (February 25).

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

Chiringa highway police sergeant Abul Qashem told Banglanews that this incident occurred as a micro-bus lost its control and overturned in Goaal Marai area around 8:30am leaving four persons dead on the spot and injured seven or eight others.

The deceased bodies were send to Chakaria Hospital for an autopsy, he added.
