Muhith off to USA to join IMF-WB spring meeting

Finance Minister AMA Muhith left here today for USA to participate in the annual spring meeting of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank to be held from April 20 to 23 at Washington DC.
"The minister left Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 10:15 am for Dubai. He is scheduled to reach Washington DC on April 19," a Finance Ministry official told BSS here.
After the meeting, the minister will also take part various official programmes in New York from April 23 to April 27. Muhith is scheduled to return home on April 28.
