9 Shibir activists held in Noakhali

Police arrested nine leaders and activists of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir at Fakirhat in Senbagh upazila on Friday night.
Police arrested Tajul Islam Rakib, president of Senbagh South unit, and eight other activists along with some books while they were holding a meeting, said Harun-or-Rashid, officer-in-charge of Senbagh Police Station.
