Ex-UK PM David Cameron due in Dhaka Apr 26

Former British Prime Minister David Cameron is expected to arrive in Dhaka on April 26 on a brief tour.

According to a foreign ministry official, Cameron is coming to Bangladesh, with an invitation from a Non Government Organization (NGO), to inspect its developmental activities.

However, the former PM will stay in Bangladesh for less than 24-hour.

The official also said, earlier, Cameron was expected to arrive in Dhaka on April 24 on a four-day visit. Later the schedule had been changed. But He will make a courtesy call to Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina on April 27 before heading home.
