'Wanted terrorist’ arrested in Rangpur

Members of Rapid Action Battalion on Thursday arrested an alleged terrorist along with two firearms and two bullets from Muslimnagar Alamnagar area of Rangpur city on Thursday.
Tipped off, a team of RAB-13 conducted a drive in the area and arrested Aposh alias Orange, 22, son of Qurban Ali in the afternoon and recovered a pistol, one magazine and two bullets from his possession.
He was wanted in a number of cases filed under the Anti-Terrorism Act, said company commander of RAB-13, Mohammad Nazrul Islam.
