PM mourns death of Laksmipur District Council Chairman

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed deep shock at the death of Laksmipur District Council Chairman Shamsul Islam. In a condolence message, the Prime Minister recalled Shamsul Islam's contributions to the development of Laksmipur district. 

"The people of the district have lost a dedicated leader with his death," she said. 

Sheikh Hasina prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family members.
