3 died in Ctg road crash

At least three people were died and eight others injured in a three-way collision of truck, human hauler and covered van in Sufai Bazar area of Mirsarai upazila in Chittagong on Sunday afternoon.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.
The accident took place on Dhaka-Chittagong highway around 2:00pm, said Misarai police station sub-inspector Kamal Hossain.
Police and fire service officials are conducting rescue operations, the SI added.
The number of caualties might increase as some are feared to be stuck under the truck and the human hauler, he apprehended.
The injured were admitted to the upazila health complex and local hospitals for treatment.
