2 ‘Neo-JMB militants’ held in Dhaka

Police claimed to have arrested two members of banned militant outfit “Neo-JMB” from Dhaka’s Nikunja and Khilkhet areas.
Tipped off, a team of Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) launched a drive in the areas and arrested the duo last night.
The team also recovered 30 detonators (used to detonate explosive devices remotely) from them.
Details of the drive will be briefed at 11:00am at DMP media centre.
