Lamb Chop Kebab is a Mughlai recipe made using onion, garlic and salt.
It is a perfect party snack recipe and would be loved by your guests.

INGREDIENTS
500 gm lamb chops
10 cloves ground garlic
1 cup Refined oil
3 tablespoon Rice flour
1/2 teaspoon powdered aniseed
1/2 cup Water
1 ground onion
2 pinches salt
2 tablespoon Gram flour (besan)
1/2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
1 pinch salt
How to make Lamb Chop Kebab:
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the chops with onion, garlic and salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer to a pressure cooker and cook until 2 whistles. Remove the cooker from heat and remove the lamb chops and keep aside.
Step 3
Mix besan flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, aniseed powder, turmeric powder, water and salt to a thick paste.
Step 4
Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan over medium flame.Dip the lamb chops in the batter and fry till golden brown. Drain excess oil.
Step 5
Drain excess oil. Serve hot.
