Khaleda calls BNP standing committee meeting tomorrow

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has called the party’s standing committee meeting tomorrow to discuss the country’s latest political situation.

The meeting of the highest policy making body of the party will be held at 8:30pm on Sunday at her Gulshan office in Dhaka, said Syrul Kabir Khan an official of Khaleda’s press wing.

The meeting is likely to discuss the upcoming Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) election and also the prime minister’s recent statement on next election, he said.
