An employee at a press on Dhaka's Indira Road leaked questions of the 'Gha' unit admission test at Dhaka University.

Police detained the employee, Khan Bahadur, from Indira Road at Farmgate on Thursday morning.

Criminal Investigation Department (CID) special police super Molla Nazrul Islam disclosed this at a press conference at the CID Malibagh office on Thursday.

Molla Nazrul Islam said a certain Saiful Islam was detained in connection with question paper leakage from Jamalpur on Wednesday. Khan Bahadur was arrested based on his statements, he added.

The CID official said Bahadur is a press employee and he is the main person who leaks out the questions.

Molla Nazrul Islam said Khan Bahadur knew Saiful Islam, and Saiful Islam was known to Raqibul Hasan. These three suspects supply the questions papers. All of them have been detained.

So far 23 persons have been detained in connection with question paper leaks. Ten were detained since 7 December 2017. Of them, five are in jail, three on remand and two under detention.

According to the detainees, questions of 'gha' units at Dhaka University were leaked in 2015 and 2016.

Replying to journalists, the CID official said an admission seeker has to pay Tk 200,000 and 700,000 to collect the leaked questions.
