8 BNP-Jamaat men held with cocktails in Satkhira

Police here on Tuesday arrested 8 members of BNP-Jamaat along with 4 cocktail bombs from a house in  Kamal Nagar area in Satkhira.

Acting on a tip-off, police arrested the eight in a drive while they were conducting a secret meeting, said Maruf Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station.

Police also recovered 4 cocktails from the spot.

A case was filed with Sadar Police Station in this regard.
