181 bottles of Phensidyl recovered in Magura

Police in a drive recovered 181 bottles of Phensidyl syrup from a truck at Ramnagar on Dhaka-Magura road in sadar upazila on Thursday night.
Police waylaid a Dhaka-bound truck, fully loaded with vegetables, around 10 pm and recovered the consignment of the contraband syrup, said sub-inspector of Magura Sadar Police Station Ilias Hossain.
The driver and the helper managed to flee, said the SI adding a case was filed in this connection.
