Man held with arms, drug in Magura

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) in a drive arrested a man along arms and drugs from Alamkhali village of Sadar upazila on Thursday night.

Being tipped off, a team of Rab conducted drive and arrested Robiul Islam, 45, along with a shooter gun, two rounds of bullet, 720gram heroin and 100 pieces of Yaba tablets, said Elius Hossain, officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station.

Later, the arrestee was handed over to the police station.
